About me
I'm Linda Kjær Petersen — a product management consultant, trainer and coach based in Copenhagen.
I spent 20 years inside product organisations before going independent: senior PM roles at Jabra across global markets, then as product marketeer at 3Shape, before founding 360PM in 2019.
I know what it feels like to own a P&L, present to a board, and rebuild a product process under pressure — and that's the experience I bring to every engagement.
Through 360PM I've worked as fractional PM, strategic advisor, and team coach for clients ranging from defence and medtech to enterprise software and scale-ups. Alongside this, I serve as External Examiner at DTU — Denmark's leading technical university — and as External Expert at BioMedical Design, a Novo Nordisk Foundation programme for healthcare innovation.
I stay close to how the field is evolving — including how AI and new tools are changing the way product teams work — and bring that perspective into both my consulting and training work.
